Devin Ziemann—Owner & Head Chef

Meet Devin Ziemann, the culinary mastermind behind our Mediterranean flavors! As a chef, restaurateur, and proud father, Devin has made a name for himself with his award-winning Upstate NY restaurants, including The Nest, The Cuckoo's Nest, and Crave Burger. His accolades range from Best Southern Cuisine to Best Burger, and his glowing reviews in the Times Union speak volumes about his culinary success.

Devin's culinary journey began humbly as a dishwasher in 2002, leading him to the SCCC culinary program in 2004. With experience at esteemed Upstate NY establishments, Devin's creativity and dedication shine in every dish. Notably recognized as a rising star chef at the Wine and Dine Arts Festival in 2014, Devin takes pride in pushing culinary boundaries at Mila’s Restaurant and Bar.

Kaytrin Ziemann—owner & chief operating officer 

Say hello to Kaytrin Ziemann, the heart and soul behind our exceptional hospitality! As a restaurateur and mother of two, Kaytrin co-owns Ziemann Hospitality Group with her chef husband, Devin Ziemann. A Schenectady native, Kaytrin graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor's in Science focused on dietetics and food service management. She has been in the restaurant industry since 2006, discovering early on her love for working with people and the importance of excellent customer service. Kaytrin believes in making every guest feel welcome, understood, and special. Her attention to detail, presence with her team and guests, and infectious “hehe” truly set her apart from the rest. "Nothing makes more sense to me than working by my husband's side every day. We are each other's number one fans, and I know that's why what we are doing works," says Kaytrin.
